St Pete's Retreat (NLB058)

This older, traditional beach house has had extensive exterior renovations.  A totally new central A/C and heating system, new windows and roof, and hardy plank siding allow visitors to enjoy a spectacular view of the ocean in the cool comfort of the Great Room.  A large screened porch has been recently added to the beach side, providing a perfect location for viewing the morning sunrises or enjoying evening breezes.  The four upstairs bedrooms have exterior doors leading to the porch and private walkway to the beach.  Other amenities include 4 TV's, a DVD/VCR, WI-FI internet access and a gas grill.  Ask about our pet friendly policy and special discount for first time users in the off season.l
