Perusing the shops of Pawleys Island and Litchfield nestled among winding paths, live oaks, camellias & gardenias is like shopping in a garden, and to walk Georgetown’s Front Street lined with a calico row of shops makes you feel as if you’ve journeyed back 150 years to what it must have been like during the antebellum south. Many of these shops feature handcrafted housewares, jewelry & seashell ornaments and, of course, our world-renowned rope hammocks and African American woven sweetgrass baskets!

In addition to the charm of shopping on the Waccamaw Neck, a short trip north on Highway 17 takes you to the bargains to be found at the Tanger Outlets, or the splendid Coastal Grand Mall – South Carolina’s Largest Mall.
