Oceanfront and a reverse floor plan! Family "togethering" during supper time does not mean buried on the bottom floor during meal prep time. The top floor main area includes the kitchen, dining, wet bar and TV area all together. To not see the ocean in this area you will need to shut your eyes. Bedrooms are on both floors and the downstairs houses the children's areas. They have two bedrooms and a play room. So at the end of a long day in the sand, the children can escape the parents while they parents are too tired to be fun. The oceanside of this house has two large decks and the backside has a quiet screened porch for anyone who wants to get away from the sun while enjoying the fresh air. The community pool of Inlet Point South is always a nice change after hitting the beach all week.
