Who is Gail Healey?

Professional photographer, Gail Healey, continues to demonstrate her talent for combining technical knowledge with artistic flair to create everlasting images. Because she enjoys working with people, weddings, special events and portraits have become areas of Gail's expertise for which she has received particular acclaim.

Inanimate objects, however, never cease to fascinate this artist. Her experience includes interior and exterior design, landscapes, renovations and the recording the chronicles of a golf course construction for renown golfer and course architect Greg Norman.

Other noteworthy accomplishments by this artist include two book covers, and being published in the international library of photography, "Imprints of Time."

Gail's ongoing business is primarily based on family and children's portraiture, mostly on location, however her home studio provides a variety of background settings. In addition to this, weddings here in Pawleys Island can keep this photographer busy mostly in the spring and fall.

Ms. Healey's current commercial projects include food photography with a local chef for his upcoming book, and the documentation of the progress of the Grand Strand from Shallotte to Georgetown including renovations, landscaping, planned communities, roads, buildings and attractions.
