Our Rental Department’s knowledgeable staff maintains an extensive inventory of vacation properties, both homes and condominiums. The 6 mile stretch of beach we are privileged to represent is wide, with sparkling white sand, inviting our guests to enjoy a leisurely stroll or collect shells along the shore. We offer oceanfront rentals as well as off-ocean rentals. The rental staff is dedicated to making your stay a pleasure from the time you make your reservation, to the day you depart. Our goal is to provide you with clean, comfortable accommodations along with our pledge to be of assistance whenever we can.

Our Maintenance Staff does an excellent job of ensuring that all our properties are kept in peak condition so our owners, their guests, and their renters will know that the time they spend in a James W. Smith rental will be an enjoyable, carefree vacation. But, if an owner or guest should encounter a problem, we have someone they can contact 24-hours a day…not just an answering machine.
